Shipping Policy

Lotis Beauty couriers across South Africa during the week; not on weekends or public holidays. A flat rate of R70.00 is charged for shipping to major areas, and a R60.00 surcharge is added for courier to outlying areas.


The courier company only delivers products to home addresses or work addresses, not P.O.Box addresses. Delivery hours are from 09:00 - 17:00 - please provide the correct delivery address and contact number when placing your order. An attempted redelivery will occur three times. Thereafter, it is the customers responsibility to collect the parcel from the courier company depot where the item will be held. Lotis Beauty cannot be held liable for incorrect delivery addresses being entered upon checkout.


Return & Exchange Policy

All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. Please note that any product exchanges are treated as a new order and thus subject to standard delivery times and costs.


Due to health regulations, we will only accept the return of Lotis Beauty products if :

  • You have not received the products you ordered. We will replace on receiving the incorrect product with the correct product.

  • Damaged products due to shipping or mishandling by the courier company. Photographic proof of damage must be emailed to us within 48 hours in order to validate an exchange. This does not include damage due to mishandling or poor care by the customer.

Exchanges are allowed 48 hours after the product has been received by the customer. The product must be returned in its original packaging, without further damage or use by the customer or anyone else. The item will need to be returned for exchange at the customers expense. No refunds will be accepted by Lotis Beauty under any circumstances.

Please note: 

Return costs will not be reimbursed. You are responsible for postage costs of returning the item. We recommend using registered mail to return items, as we are not liable for any items lost in the post.
